We’re recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our Redhill team.

We know, being a contact centre professional is not easy, it’s tough sometimes, so you will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service with a desire to do the right thing for your customer. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year so you might be required to work on a rotating shift pattern, working 35 hours per week over 5 days which will include, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

We will also provide you with the support and training throughout your career, with the intention of making you the best you can be to provide excellent service to our customer in a time of need.

What training will I get?

You will undergo 4-5 weeks of training during the hours of 9 to 5. Due to the comprehensive nature of our training, no previous experience is necessary, however, the basics of good customer service and an excellent telephone manner is a must! Please be aware that our training is mandatory, we will be unable to honour any holiday during this time.
