Summary

Sales & Development Coordinator (Full-time)

Entering 2020, our outlined growth objectives require additional team members to support our growth goals. The position of Development Coordinator offers a varied and rewarding opportunity for the successful applicant to join and integrate into a well established and successful organisation.

Reporting into the site lead, the role will support three critical areas of the business, the role offers a varied and exciting opportunity to support, grow and develop within Permaquip’s team based in Stanton Hill (NG17).

Outline of Duties

Support administration of customer global sales and support enquiries from stand alone customers, contract arrangements and our distribution network.
Telephone support or order taking and recording of inbound customer sales enquiries
Inputting sales orders and recording on a central database to produce weekly update reports
From sales enquiries and orders received, produce and circulate to the management team a projection funnel of potential sales opportunities and orders received.
Administer the forward order book date expected dates planner to ensure that sales information is confirmed with purchasing and manufacturing departments.
Where UK and Overseas sales teams require administration support, then support as required.
Support purchasing with the strategic development of supply chain partners, product and innovation project scheduling.
Provide administration support meetings with performance statistics and reports.
Other duties such as supporting the wider team in ad hoc requests for support.
About You

An organised individual with excellent attention to detail
Customer relationship experience
IT proficient with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
Experience with a Sage or similar system would be advantageous
You are able to use your initiative and hit the ground running
A confident communicator and able to liaise across all levels
Compensation

Salary: £18k to £22k dependent upon experience
Holiday: 21 days
Discretionary bonus, based on business growth
