What is the job about?
As a Property and IT Implementation Lead you will support the Innovation and Change agenda to achieve business objectives which will consist of numerous projects varying in size and scope, as well as support the implementation and mobilisation of a variety of contracts, from bid submissions to contract commencement and through to performance optimisation. You will be part of a small expert team which take the lead on these activities, including working on a variety of projects and contracts at any one time across multiple sectors and public service markets. It is a varied role which will mainly focus on ensuring our Property and IT solutions are in place for any new contracts we implement. It may also include supporting the Innovation and Change Department with service delivery design, staff and partner training, the mobilisation of complex supply chains, research & analysis, preparing delivery materials, preparing reports, engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to regularly work with other departments and workstream leads, notably Group Property and Group IT during contract mobilisation.

Required Skills and Experience
• Experience in the delivery of complex information to teams in presentation and/or training sessions/briefings • Understanding of welfare to work, employability or skills (ESFA funded) contractual delivery ideally gained within a management/technical/specialist/supervisory role • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma. • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage. • Strong IT skills (ideally including) knowledge of MS project • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills and the ability to find data trends and provide analytical commentary • Excellent oral and written communication with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly in formal written communications to a very high standard • Attention to detail • Solutions focused • Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders • Organised, resourceful and manages time effectively • Ability to multitask and understand new concepts quickly • Proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland to support implementations/projects in different geographies
