An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the team as a Clinical Lead on Cedar Ward, Taith Newydd Low Secure Unit.

The position offers the opportunity to contribute at a senior level to the multi disciplinary team in the delivery of a high quality, evidence based, patient centred care to individuals with on-going mental health needs. The service has an ethos and philosophy surrounding the principles of recovery focused care.

As the post holder you will be expected to bring leadership to the ward team and will demonstrate an ability of working to a high standard and achieving quality patient care, whilst supporting the Ward Manager and deputising as necessary.

The service encourages continuous personal development and has a strong commitment to clinical governance.

You will be encouraged and supported to access a wide range of training and development opportunities.

Evidence of personal professional development must be clearly demonstrated.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
