Bassetlaw - Full and Part Time hours available

Bassetlaw Healthy Families Team, provide a quality service to the local population, we are an integrated service, working in partnership with local Children’s Centres, working with children and young people aged 0 – 19 and their families .

The team is a skill mixed team, taking leadership from Specialist Public Health Practitioners, providing a high standard of care, our staff receive a good training and induction package and a friendly supportive working environment.

The role will include services to antenatal women, completion of the Healthy Child Programme for under 5s, enhanced programmes of care within school and community settings for the 5 -19 age group, breast feeding support and a strong element of leadership to the skill mix 0-19 cluster team

A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
