DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintaining archive system & company assets
· Approve departmental invoices for payment
· Controlling employee time sheets, holiday requests and absence forms and updating database
· Maintaining internal calendars/ databases for employees
· Replenishing health and safety stock levels
· Updating internal noticeboards and general admin duties
· Maintain and report on faulty returns
· Producing reports for management meetings
· Assist in writing up new procedures and training guides
· Supporting the Transportation department

· Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours
· Act as an ambassador for the Mulberry brand and exhibits passion in all aspects of the role
· Positively communicates about the Brand at all times

TEAM
· Participate in team meetings
· Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders

Skills and Knowledge Required:
· Ability to work at a fast pace to multiple deadlines on multiple tasks
· Ability to prioritise
· High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
· Computer literate on Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
· Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical detail
· A service orientated outlook
