Blazing Ltd is a newly established factory producing a variety of sauces, spices, proteins and glazes situated in Bolton. We are currently looking to build a strong, hard-working and coherent team that can produce a large variety of products suitable for takeaways, restaurants and residential use.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Plan and execute cost-effective sales visits to customers and prospects to win new business

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Identify opportunities for improvements to internal or external service anywhere in the company

- Analysing sales statistics, review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential and price schedules to formulate policy and develop sales campaigns

- Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Plan negotiation strategies appropriate to a variety of business situations by analyzing and synthesizing relevant data sources.

The ideal candidate will:

- A sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success

- Have successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (preferably within the food sector)

- Have a strong business sense and fast food industry expertise

- Should be highly self-motivated, professional and collegiate in your approach and fully committed to delivering high-quality service

- Demonstrate structured sales skills to deliver sales and upsell the product range into existing and new potential customers

- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
