We have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Home Manager with strong management and leadership skills to join our client, a UK leading provider in adult care. The care home is designed for older people requiring dementia nursing as well as general nursing care and offers a supportive environment with a dedicated team that cares for the resident's individual care and social needs.

To be considered for the Registered Home Manager you will be able to offer:

  • Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
