Are you an experienced RMN looking for their first leadership role or in a leadership role and want a new challenge?
There is an exciting permanent opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RMN looking for a leadership role in inpatient care on the Bluebell Ward. Bluebell ward is an 18 bedded mixed sex acute ward located at St Martins Hospital, Canterbury.
You must have post-registration experience including working within a busy all acute environment and have completed mentorship training to be able to mentor students.
You must be able to support the needs of our patients, their relatives and carers. This requires excellent communication and liaison skills.
You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to manage and supervise staff effectively. You will be working with a wide range of experienced and friendly professionals, providing high quality of care and compassion. In return we offer regular clinical supervision and management supervision.
