Summary

Further information:
A PA is required for a bubbly, outgoing woman in her 20’s. Your main focus will be to support the woman to engage in social activities. She enjoys swimming, shopping and going to shows.
You will be very aware that she has poor awareness of health and safety. She has a tendency to be very easily led by others, and would go off with strangers if asked or coaxed. You must ensure her health and safety is of paramount importance at all times
The woman can struggle to walk long distances and becomes easily fatigued. She may need prompting with personal care. A car driver is preferred. Experience of supporting young people with Down’s Syndrome is also preferred.
