Job summary

We are now looking for a Solution Implementation Manager responsible for the End to End solution implementation for New Product Introduction of RAN Hardware, Software and Features exiting the design phase and moving through Test Lab and FOA Trial, in readiness for deployment.

As FOA NPI Solution Implementation Manager you will own the implementation of New Product Introductions into the Test Lab validation phase, and upon test exit into the FOA trial for the First Site Integration, for acceptance of the solution for deployment.

You will be working on RBS Solutions using the latest ERS products, Radio, Baseband and Site Solutions

Responsibilities

Ownership of the E2E solution implementation of new products into the customer network, for new hardware, software & features. Ensure all technical requirements are included in the strategy and delivery plans to ensure successful acceptance from the customer
Co-ordinate the technical project aspects with respect to overall verification strategy, external and internal interfaces and interaction between units.
Analyse functionality and technical requirements of the delivery and identify verification strategy and test equipment
Be the stand alone point of contact for technical issues both internally. Co-ordinate all solution delivery planning activities in the project
Supervise the status and reporting of progress of the technical parts of the project. Supervise technical analysis of change requests and organise technical meetings and reviews
Carry out compliance evaluation against requirements/standards and identify potential risks from a technical point of view and report to the Project Manager
Support live deployments – for First Site Integrations, Second Site Integrations and support the Project for resource management. Act as a single point of resource coordination from within the delivery teams
Ensure that resource mix is deployed for each project (BL/CC/GSC/ARP) from a D&I NRO perspective
Technical Proficiencies

Broad technical knowledge in Radio & Mobile Broadband products, solutions and services
Detailed knowledge of design, integration, test and deployment methodologies as well as experience with lab testing and field trial of 4G and 5G radio
Detailed understanding of process and quality requirements.
Demonstrable technical leadership and customer relationship management skills
Experience working on RAN Swap and RAN refresh projects - Specific Ericsson Radio System (ERS) products knowledge
Academic Background

Degree Level / HND in Technical Field or Relevant Technical Experience
