You will be allocated a team base upon appointment and will have the support of our induction facilitator alongside a designated ‘buddy’. Newly qualified applicants will also undertake a preceptorship programme. The role may require you to work across the localities as a service need requirement.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new and developing integrated organisation. If you are a self-motivated, dynamic individual with a passion for community care, this could be the position for you.
You will be working alongside a multi-skilled team of community nurses led by Specialist Practitioners in District Nursing, delivering nursing care to a diverse population within a variety of settings in the community. You will have to work autonomously on a daily basis but will have support from your designated team.
