Summary

Registered Manager needed URGENTLY NOW in LEEDS, and surrounding areas

The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a large staff team to deliver the highest quality care to domiciliary clients, adults with a diagnosis of; Severe Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour (Supported Living for adults with Learning Disabilities) - Therefore, experience in this area is ESSENTIAL. As the Registered Manager you will hold the CQC Registration for the services and must have the capabilities and confidence to provide an extremely high level of care to adults with such support needs across these services. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder's and local authorities. Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure, and will be required to produce requested documents before shifts can be offered.
