•Helping clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations and utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
•Leading the delivery of client projects or work streams by developing work plans, managing team members and engagement financials, producing (or overseeing production of) high quality deliverables
•Working with a range of stakeholders, and being seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and by colleagues
•Having a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
•Playing an active role in the career development of more junior OT colleagues
•Developing and maintain deep industry knowledge

•Extensive experience working in one or more of the private sector industries; including; Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications and the respective regulators in these sectors
•Substantial experience of working on organisation design projects in a consulting organisation, or in an internal consultant role
•Demonstrated experience of working with senior leadership teams to translate strategic goals into effective operating models
•Ability to assess the structure of organisations using analytical tools and techniques, and identifying opportunities for improvement
•Experience in identifying, quantifying and supporting delivery of the financial and non-financial benefits of organisation design
•Experience of mentoring, coaching or managing others in a project team
•Excellent communication and presenting skills across all levels of an organisation (seniors managers, peers, and team members)
