The successful applicants would contribute to our BSc Psychology, BSc Criminology & Psychology, BSc Forensic Psychology, MSc Psychology, MSc Forensic Psychology, and MSc Health Psychology. They would also have the opportunity to support research students.

We are particularly looking to appoint individuals who can offer the following themes:

• Forensic Psychology, especially bringing expertise around: assessment, formulation and interventions for offenders, at risk individuals, and victims/survivors of violent and sexual offending; forensic psychology in prisons and secure units; diversity in client groups;

• Health Psychology, especially bringing expertise around: measures for and management of acute conditions; interventions such as cognitive behavioural approaches and motivational interviewing; health psychology in hospital and secure settings; analysis of population-level longitudinal data.

An ability to contribute to the teaching of Developmental or Cognitive Psychology and qualitative methods would also be an asset.

The successful applicants will be engaging and innovative lecturers who share our student-centred ethos, are ready to offer a high standard of support and are willing to make a positive contribution to the student experience.
