Healthcare Administrator

Would you like to use your skills in admin and broaden your experience while making a difference? We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to provide admin support in our friendly office environment.

Your role will be to:

· Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they sign in the visitor’s book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.

· Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and maintains a business-like image.

· Getting the training room ready for staff training and meetings

· Taking phone calls and messages.

· Updating and reordering of stock and keeping stock room tidy.

· Scanning/ photocopying

· Making and keeping a stock of new staff/ service user files

Any other tasks that are required from the Management Team

We are looking for someone who:

· Has strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

· Can prioritise their workload and work independently.

· Has previous experience in a similar role.

· Has basic computer skills.

· Has an understanding, patient and helpful attitude towards our employees and service users.
