A Change Process Analyst role paying £39,400 (plus generous bonus) on a 12 Month FTC
Your new company
You will be working for a globally recognised manufacturing organisation who are famous for their innovative products and designs. Based in Malmesbury, this industry world leader is recruiting to supplement their ever-growing business.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working to transform a core business process by replacing the current SAP ECC system with S/4 HANA. In addition, you will be supporting change requirements at the early stages of projects, ensuring the impacts of change are fully understood, working with all relevant stakeholders across programme and project teams, along with the business / markets. As well, you will use root cause analysis and problem-solving skills, focusing on gap bridging to ensure a successful change management process
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will need a comprehensive understanding of Agile and/ or prince 2 methodologies (Sprint vs waterfall approaches). In addition, you will also require experience with business process analysis and be an excellent communicator. Specifically, it is desirable that you are a quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities taken on.
What you'll get in return
In return for this role you will receive a salary of up to £39,400 plus 6% bonus, depending on experience. In addition, you will be entitled to a generous benefits package.
