Hays Social Care are looking for an experienced Support Worker who is available to work in Swansea. This is your chance to join an amazing team of Support Workers in a lovely home where the Manager is brilliant and the staff are really friendly.

Your new company

Fantastic Temporary work (possibility for temporary to permanent) as a Support Worker for a well-established Care Provider that provides services for Adults with Learning Disabilities. Our clients are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join their team. There is some challenging behaviour within the home so PBM would be required.
Your new role

You will be working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day to day basis to promote their independence and ensure that they have fun while staying safe.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this Support Work role, you will need to have experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities. You will also need a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle, or public transport. You will need to be compassionate, patient and level headed. You will need to have a genuine desire to provide meaningful, considered support and the ability to thrive in a person centred environment.
