Service Coordinator required for an established business who work within the plant industry. The company are looking for an additional member of the office team to help them manage their workload.
The successful candidate can come from a service coordinator, admin or customer service background. The key requirements are excellent communication skills, strong IT literacy and having excellent attention to detail. Those with experience of working within a technical environment will be at a strong advantage.
The role itself is situation within a friendly office team at one of the companies 3 depots. The role with involve working closely with the engineering team and scheduling in customer repairs. You will be accountable for checking warranty documentation and dealing with suppliers. You will manage and process invoices, take payments and keep customers informed on the status of their repair until goods leave the depot. The company have their own in house software that they will train you on.
