The Central Procurement team have an exciting opportunity for a forward looking, commercially driven Category Manager to help support the delivery of our World Changing Glasgow strategy by taking responsibility for delivering our Procurement Strategy.
The University procures circa £220m worth of goods and services from external providers each year. Procurement's role is to provide professional, qualified procurement expertise, service, for all spend with external suppliers, in compliance with legislation, EU regulations, Public Contracts [Scotland] Regulations 2015, Procurement Reform Act 2014 and Procurement [Scotland] Regulations 2016.
