Job Summary
Within this role you will be tasked to formulate, propose, strategise and oversee sales and marketing campaigns for our clients. The job role of Marketing and Sales Campaign Manager involves planning and running the campaign within given deadlines; to collaborate with the clients, stakeholders and the complete advertising team to achieve the set goals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual with knowledge in Campaign and management Operations, ideally within a Campaign Management environment.

At our office in Ilford (London) and also required to travel and work at client project sites anywhere in the UK.

Educational Qualifications and Desired Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Additional certification is an advantage.

• Ability to handle client expectations in terms of project deliverables.
• Excellent people management, influencing, and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
• The campaign manager will design, implement and manage a vibrant, effective and economical campaigns for sales and marketing of products, solutions and services.
• Coordinate with clients to discuss, plan and implementation of marketing campaigns for their products and services.
• To identify and analyse the opportunities to create and deliver a successful campaign to suit the clients’ requirements
• Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
• Analyse and collect clients’ requirements in order to to deliver an effective marketing campaign.
• Read and analyse the reports to optimise sales and marketing campaign.
• Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
• To design a cost-effective, innovative advertisement campaigns to a high standard according to established project, programme and technical management processes, leading to delivered solutions.
• Review, revise and manage campaign budgets in the light of sales figures, surveys, etc.
• Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
• Keep abreast of current trends in media, advertising expenses during campaign management.
• Work closely with the regulatory authorities wherever needed.
• Analysis and understanding of various databases and online analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Work with IT professionals to help optimize the customer experience and react to needed changes in the campaign
• Align the campaign activities with the organisation’s sales output and help with valuable inputs.
• Hold meetings, organise exhibitions, seminars, workshops, etc. to promote company’s products and services

Job Type

• Graduates from recognised Universities
• 1 to 2 years of experience in related field is desirable.
• Fresh graduates may also be considered

£ 23,500.00 per annum.(Twenty Three Thousand and Five Hundred British Pounds per annum)
