Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and confident person to join our Technical team. Initially as part of the team you will work alongside our experienced IT professionals and work towards growing your experience and career in terms of both skills and product knowledge. Opportunities exist within the company for personal and career development to middle or senior management levels.

In this role, you will require a keen eye for detail, following procedures and problem-solving skills. You will require experience in Windows Desktop and Server, Application Support, Networking basics and Network & OS security best practices. We are delivering forward looking solutions and continue to build solutions based on our exceptional product portfolio, suitable for a high number of clients across a wide range of industries.

You will be seeking career progression to a key role and able to demonstrate entrepreneurial qualities, to join this successful and fast, moving Software Company with customers and market placement crossing Industry Sectors.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting with the upkeep, deployment, configuration and reliable operation of systems by providing 1st and 2nd line support to the business and its customer base across software, hardware and IT peripherals.
Using the internal call logging and monitoring systems
Working closely with the internal team and assisting with client meetings.
Working with trusted suppliers.
Carrying out work at clients’ sites.
Responsible for the production and upkeep of supporting documentation for the projects and elements of support to which you are assigned

Eco System Knowledge:

Understanding privacy and security protocols
Understanding of the delivery of services to meet SLA’s on Support Contracts
Understanding of Infrastructures, servers (on-premise and hosted) for Logma’s customers
Liaising with the internal team to ensure internal and customer sites are well served and the highest level of customer service is achieved

Skills and Knowledge:

Full Driving License
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of how to configure, maintain and troubleshoot MS Windows Desktop and Server
Application Support
Networking basics
Network and OS security best practice
How to configure, handle and maintain Hardware
How to configure and use VPN for remote access
Experience with monitoring software
Experience with Remote Desktop Services would be an advantage
