The Agency Recruitment Solutions are seeking to appoint a Senior Social Media Specialist. This is a permanent, full time position to start in mid-February.
What you’ll be responsible for
Lead and optimise social media plan for the division to deliver exciting and engaging content
Manage organic digital growth and customer-focused projects, working closely with the company’s partners across the UK .
Manage a Social Media Coordinator who will support you in execution and reporting
Oversee training and support of colleagues operating social media channels
Oversee monthly reporting across all platforms to share with senior stakeholders
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
What we’re looking for:
Highly creative and strong skills in content creation, storytelling and excellent copywriting
Significant relevant work experience and proven results in growth and/or brand marketing across social and digital media
Analytical and data-savvy marketer
Team management skills
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, YouTube)
Positive attitude, flexible, can work collaboratively
Enthusiastic, energetic and creative, likes to bring ideas to the table
High attention to detail
Strong communication and ability to build relationships
