Job description:
On a day to day basis the candidate will lead our digital marketing activities. The successful candidate will drive and execute digital growth strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers. The measurable success factors are growth in leads, improved conversion ratio, reduced acquisition cost, increased revenue and improved brand profile.
It is a senior role working directly with the founding Directors.

Mandatory Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
• • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience specifically performance marketing
• Skilled in digital programmatic marketing
• Minimum 5 years experience in planning and implementing paid media PPC campaigns (including Google, Yahoo, Bing)
• Proven track record of at least 3X revenue growth from digital media activities
• Minimum 2 years experience driving growth for B2C internet companies
• Google Analytics, Google Ads Search and Google Ads Display certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in mentoring, coaching and training team
• Skilled in native advertising (Taboola/Outbrain) and affiliates marketing.
• Skilled in growing organic traffic using SEO
• Experienced working independently as well as in team
• Experienced of managing online marketing spend in excess of £1m
• Experienced in building growth with hands-on campaign design and execution, and not just by working with external agencies
• Degree qualified in computer science

Preferable requirements:
• 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing (including Facebook, Instagram)
• Experienced working with content team to build a robust content strategy
• Experienced in Email Marketing
• Experienced in Product Marketing
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Working with CRM systems such as SalesForce, Hubspot
• Working with custom web platforms built using nodeJs and React

Typical duties include (but not limited to):
• Review and research current market for company’s products and services
• Plan and Design marketing campaigns to tap online demand
• Build and execute PPC campaigns on digital ad platforms especially Google
• Increase lead flow, improve conversion ratio and reduce acquisition cost
• Analyse customer response to optimise and enhance the campaign
• Understand company’s growth objectives, plan appropriate strategies, and help achieve targeted revenue growth
• Keep current on new innovations in digital marketing space
• Review and work with Content team to improve online reputation
• Work on strategies on to drive organic growth
• Work with IT team to improve on-page SEO, landing pages, screen flow etc.
• Plan, deliver and report on daily, weekly and monthly growth targets
• Communicate, support and train other members of the team
