Summary
We are a well-established, privately owned care company which was set up over 10 years ago. We have developed an excellent reputation for providing services to people who have a variety of complex needs.
This reputation is due to a committed staff team and a hands on approach to care management.
The service we offer is provided in a way that respects people’s privacy and choices so they maintain control over what happens in their own homes.
We provide a service to people who are referred by the Local Authority, the Health Authority or people who are able to fund a private service or use a personal budget.
At Choices we are committed to providing a needs lead service, whilst at the same time maintaining people’s independence.
Due to the growth of our services we are looking to recruit a number of candidates to join our team of Care and Support workers.
We offer:
Rates of pay from £8.20 to £9.44. We also pay travel time plus mileage as well.
5 . 6 weeks holiday per year
