Summary


Bank Band 3 & 4BEDFORDSHIRE: Administration Staff

Being employed on the Bank is a great way to gain experience and exposure to the NHS. You could be temporarily covering wards, postal couriers, post room, receptions or department administration services in the ELFT Bedfordshire Health Settings; providing cover for planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing.

You will be employed by the Trust and contacted when a shift role needs to be covered, which could be for a shift/session, a day, a week or perhaps more.

We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in working in mental health with a desire to make a difference. You will have responsibility for providing administrative support, without direct supervision, to designated areas. You will also be expected to cover other members of the team when required e.g. lunch break cover, whilst posted to a temporary role.

You will be responsible for maintaining an up to date electronic database case records, entering data to RiO/ other Trust electronic system on a daily basis ensuring relevant timescales are met, so as to ensure that information can be retrieved whenever necessary and to meet agreed Trust targets and objectives.

We are looking for flexible people with high quality IT skills and administrative experience to a variety of roles.
