Job Description

Job Profile and evolution

As the EAME Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with HRs and managers located in multiple countries of the Europe, Africa and the Middle-East region, with a predominant activity for our UK and France organizations.

Reporting to the EAME HR hub vice President and the Group Compensation and HRIS Director, your main accountabilities will include:

- Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and contribute to the development of compensation packages and programs aligned with the organization’s strategy
- Interact regularly with HR business partners and management to address employee compensation issues and to develop and implement effective solutions; prepares and presents presentations as needed.
- Implement compensation processes in the region (salary reviews, variable incentives campaign …)
- Follow-up salary billss and salary increase budgets
- Perform market analysis, identify organization’s position, flag deviations and propose corrective actions
- Develop and design tools to automate individuals market positioning
- Prepare and participate in negotiations with unions (UK, France)
- Keep up-to-date with market trends to develop creative solutions
- Act as the point of contact of market data providers in the region, participate in appropriate surveys, assess countries’ requirements for market data
- Analyse, develop Benefits programs mainly for our UK organization
- Ensure coherency of remuneration packages (Comp&Ben)
- Develop and implement C&B communication strategy

Environment

This is an opportunity for a seasoned Compensation analyst/specialist to join an international company and work in an operational business-oriented environment along with a Group/Corporate angle. It could fit someone with a Compensation consulting background with a desire to move into an operational role, or a junior specialist with required expertise and a desire to move into a group/corporate role.

This job is based in Crawley (UK) and will require some level of traveling in Europe (especially France / Paris area).


Qualifications

- At least 3 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits Analyst/Specialist role
- Mastering Compensation & Benefits principles and practices
- Experience with one or more Market Pricing Systems such as Korn Ferry, Towers Watson, Mercer
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Technical acute with HRIS systems
- Ability to create dynamic tools to analyse data
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and results focused
- Proven ability to deal with changing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential data with the highest level of integrity
- Ability to manage communication and stakeholder relationships in a matrix organization structure
- Ability to work in a diverse environment with all levels of employees
- Fluent in English, French highly appreciated
