Day care assisant

Personal Carers are the front line staff in all care settings. You will work as part of a team and are supervised by a Senior Care Worker, providing appropriate day to day care for a small number of residents within the home in a warm and friendly atmosphere Your duties are defined by the individual care plans, which are developed by Senior Care Workers, to meet the assessed needs of the residents. These duties will involve the postholder working within clearly defined procedures and policies where regular guidance and direction is provided. In carrying out these responsibilities the postholder will be expected to meet the agreed customer care and quality standards set by the Trust.
