5430 Digital Dispensary Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Digital Dispensary Supervisor to work 42.5 hours per week at our Digital Pharmacy in Lostock, Bolton.
The proposed shift pattern is:
Monday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
As Digital Dispensary Supervisor (ACT) you will be managing the dispensary processes for providing patients with an efficient and accurate digital experience. Part of this role will involve in the production and checking of patient orders, while promoting a professional and friendly image as you may occasionally need to deal with public queries regarding orders.
•Manage the day today processes for an effective digital dispensary.
•Provide final checks for dispensed items and ensure daily dispatch performance targets are achieved
•Ensure all prescriptions received are dispensed and performance targets are met
•Comply fully with all dispensary operations procedures and meet internal targets for dispensary quality and accuracy
•Ensure all dispensary prescriptions are filed and material requirements are met
•Ensure excellent stock control within the pharmacy
•Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional and company requirements
•Ensure appropriate quality controls are in place and communicate to pharmacy teams.
•Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
•To remain professional with both internal and external telephone enquiries
•Help keep the workplace a friendly and relaxed place to be

Knowledge and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have gained an NVQ Level 3 Dispensing Technician, plus ACT qualification and are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
