Summary

Care assistant

Whether you are an experienced Care Assistant or simply have a caring nature and are looking to begin a career in care, Prime Life would like to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities
Your duties in this role, will be to support residents in their daily lives including (but not limited to):
• Helping residents with day to day activities such as: assisting with personal care, recreational activities, accompanying residents outside of the home etc
• Providing companionship whilst giving emotional and practical support
• Supporting families with any changes for the resident
• Supporting residents at meal times, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
• Putting together care plans and ensuring it is regularly updated
• Working with other professionals to provide individual care and development plans
• Being respectful and maintaining residents dignity

Prime Life offer living wage to all employees regardless of age - £8.21 per hour. With relevant qualifications, we offer enhanced rates of pay - £8.39 per hour.

Experience
For Entry level positions we will consider candidates of any experience If you have the right attitude, personal skills and a caring nature.
