Role overview

Permanent Stocktake Supervisor

Hours of Work: 40hrs per week

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)

Hours of Work: Varied Shift patterns AM and PM

Salary – £21,000 gross per annum, plus £500.00 annual attendance supplement, additional overtime opportunities and supervisor
productivity bonus.

An exciting, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen to form part of a successful team in the capacity of
Stocktake Supervisor.

The core purpose of the role is to provide first line supervisory management overseeing and leading a team of stocktake colleagues
at the customers retail or pharmacy premises responsible for completing the customer stocktake accurately and on time.

Key duties of the role will include but are not limited to:

1.To lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues providing supervisory leadership. guidance, training and support to meet
the required productivity and customer service targets and standards.

2.To meet stock specific customer service level agreements responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely stock / inventory

3.To provide timely, accurate and meaningful numerical information reporting via in house systems.

·Previous team leader or first line supervisory or management experience (minimum 1 year) within a fast-paced retail, warehousing,
distribution or inventory environment.

·Previous experience of team supervisory management of +5 colleagues.

·Previous experience of team development.

·Ability to plan, manage and operationally direct and lead a team of colleagues to meet customer targets and colleague
productivity targets.

·Excellent attention to detail and highly numeric.

·Excellent customer service skills face to face.

·Excellent communication skills verbal and written

·Methodical in approach.

·Resilient with an ability to work in sometimes a high pressurised environment whilst remaining calm and multi-tasking to meet
customer expectations.

·Good IT Skills – Intermediate level in Word, Excel, Outlook

·Full Driving license max 6 points.

·Flexible and available to travel locally and throughout the UK to meet the needs of the business.
