We've got really exciting opportunities for a caring, flexible and passionate Support Workers to join our amazing teams across Maud, New Deer & Strichen on a permanent (16-30 hours) and relief/bank basis.

The great thing about working for us is that no two days are ever the same. As a Support Worker you'll provide invaluable support to individuals either within their own homes or in a care home environment. You'll support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and we'll also need you to be enthusiastic about sourcing and participating in activities both in and outside their home environments. With your help we'll help them to live the life they choose, meet their goals and play an active role in their local communities.

Don't have experience? Don't worry, we recruit on values and behaviours and will invest in you by giving you all the skills you'll need through our Training Academy.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and have a commitment to working towards an SVQ in Health & Social care with the support of our Training Academy.
