The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital prides itself on being the leading centre for the treatment of patients with orthopaedic and neuro-muscular conditions.
This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and conscientious Medical Secretary/Administrator to work in the Rheumatology department, within the Medicine, Therapies and Spinal Cord Injuries Division.
The successful candidate will be a passionate individual, and a team player with excellent administrative and organisational skills. You will have excellent IT and communication skills, plus a working knowledge of a busy office environment.
Applicants should have excellent typing and document editing skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of 18 weeks referral to treatment (RTT) rules is desirable but not essential.
This is a demanding but rewarding role that would best suit a self-motivated and driven individual with a keen eye for detail, who is able to work well under pressure and prioritise their workload effectively.
