Do you have exceptional administrative experience and a desire to start a career in recruitment?

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to be the central point of our busy Care and Support Division. Working alongside Directors and internal hiring managers your role will be to ensure a smooth, consistent and welcoming on-boarding experience for all new social care recruits.

The Role

You will be part of our wider Care and Support team at our office based in Paston, Peterborough, where you will assist on all recruitment related administrative activity, ensuring appropriate processes are in place and delivered, from advertising, sourcing candidates to communicating with applicants and hiring managers right through to onboarding the new hires.

This is a high-volume recruitment function concentrating on social care including recruitment of support workers and senior staff within the division, ensuring safeguarding at all times. You will be using a range of systems from MS Office Excel, Word to an ATS (applicant tracking system) and various other communication tools. You will be providing excellent customer service to all staff across the regions to maximise the provision of new hires to the organisation.

Day to day you will need to plan your time well, communicating with colleagues and candidates in various ways, offering support and guidance to new recruits along their on boarding journey.
