What to make a real impact within Diversity and Inclusion? We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Lead to help shift the needle in favour of fully inclusive work places by delivering innovative and practical initiatives to an amazing range of global clients.

INvolve is a membership organisation championing diversity inclusion in business. We have three core membership initiatives: OUTstanding, EMpower and HERoes, working across LGBT+, ethnic minority and gender diversity respectively. Through the delivery of events, programmes, thought leadership and advisory services INvolve helps member firms drive cultural change and create more inclusive workplaces. In addition, OUTstanding, EMpower and HERoes publish role model lists annually in partnership with Yahoo Finance, celebrating business leaders and future leaders who are leading the charge in their respective diversity spheres

The D&I Lead will support the Advisory Services and Inclusion Solution Team on programme development and lead on the delivery of engaging workshops and training programmes. This includes our Conscious Inclusion programme and RADAR Inclusion assessment. This role requires a fresh perspective of the diversity and inclusion challenges faced by our members, including policy, data collection and strategy. A flexible and multi-faceted role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering and designing creative and engaging training sessions – and feel comfortable to challenge D&I norms.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver workshops and training programmes – (without making people fall asleep)
- Co-ordinate the delivery of the RADAR Inclusion assessment
- Develop and source fun and insightful materials to engage our members who attend programmes
- Work closely with Programme Manager and Events Manager to ensure cohesive content
- Support on the delivery of internal Diversity and Inclusion strategy – (working for our culture)
- Design and develop our Inclusion Toolkits for our members – (get practical)
- Co-ordinate the centralisation of all INvolve training – (feeling organised?)


• Expertise and passion in Diversity and Inclusion including an in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following: ethnic minority rights and experience, LGBT+ inclusion or gender equality
• Ability to deliver high-quality training and workshops
• Desire to seek out new content and develop new theories
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence to handle challenging situations
• Easy-going personality and sense of humour
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and creative
• Flexibility to adjust workload in a rapidly changing environment
