We seek an Architectural Associate or Architectural Executive to join our award-winning design-lead practice to work on a series of new and exciting projects in the UK, Europe as well as other parts of the world.

We are the fast-growing London branch of the tenth largest architectural global practice. Our position in this global structure allows us to tap into world-wide expertise and our current scale offers us agility to deliver fast-paced complex medium-sized projects. As One Global Studio, we collaborate with our other international offices on projects throughout the world.

The role will require you to be involved in assisting to manage multiple projects in a multitude of stages and liaising with external parties.

Successful candidates should be proficient and experienced in preparing tender drawings and material specifications, liaising project-relevant issues with clients and ensuring design quality and authority compliance. You should also have a passion for conceptualising concept and schematic designs, carrying out feasibility studies and presenting design proposals.

Academic Qualifications required:
- Post-graduate degree in Architecture, or equivalent, obtained from a recognised institution in London or Europe

Work Experience required:
- Working experience in international environments
- Been involved in and have knowledge of project/design delivery and preparation of tender package in the UK and Asian construction industries (due to frequent project collaborations with DP’s other offices in Asian markets, such as China, India, Malaysia and Singapore)
- Knowledgeable in UK or European Building Regulations
- Proof of Design Research capabilities
- Basic awareness of technologies relating to 3D printing and application of robotic technology in architecture/design
- Knowledge in prototyping, CNC milling, Laser cutting and 3D Printing techniques and physical modelling

Software and Specific Skills required:
- Knowledgeable in softwares such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Revit Dynamo, Sketchup, Maya, Rhino, Houdini, and/or Enscape/Vray/Lumion.
- Ability and knowledge in using Grasshopper or other computation softwares for generative/parametric design, inclusive of the design process and potential applications
- Knowledge in analytical plug-ins for specialised softwares preferred (such plug-ins include Ecotect, Honey Bee and Ladybird)
- Capable of visual presentation outputs inclusive of VR
- Proficient in English and Chinese/Mandarin (Spoken and written)
