The role

- Delivery of client engagement projects in organisational resilience
- Understanding, designing and developing recovery and resilience solutions for cyber and technology failures
- Optimising organisational resilience and controls and risk management
- Helping clients to navigate business and technology regulations
- Understanding client technology resilience challenges and threats

The skills, qualifications and experience required for the job

- Proven experience working on organisational/operational resilience projects in financial services organisations
- Proven experience of delivering in the areas of business area resilience, technology resilience, cyber resilience and crisis management
- Proven experience of understanding and managing aspects of risk and resilience
- Proven experience of understanding business, threat and regulatory issues faced by clients
- Proven experience in training and exercising gold, silver and bronze teams in technology, cyber, business, natural disaster and human led/terrorism related incidents
- Proven experience of leading implementation and delivery teams in crisis management, operational resilience and technology resilience engagement across Top 10 FTSE 10
- Proven experience of designing and developing client facing service offerings that deliver strategic and tactical resilience, recovery and availability solutions
- Proven experience of managing cyber security issues, solutions, threat landscapes, horizon scanning techniques
- Proven experience of project management
