Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for aBand 6 Substance Misuse Nurse, to work as part of the Addictions Recovery Hillingdon Community (ARCH) team.

You will be based at 64 Old Bank House, Uxbridge, UB8 1JP.

ARCH is the main provider of care and support for people with drug and alcohol needs in the borough of Hillingdon.

The post-holder will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse(RMN).To provide a range of specialist services to problem drinkers and problematic drug users attending the service, including harm minimisation approaches, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, health education, detoxification programmes and key working and other evidence-based interventions.

To be the Keyworker responsible for the delivery of high standards of nursing care to clients assessed and admitted according to their clinical needs, and in accordance with up-to-date evidence-based practice and relevant Trust clinical protocol and policies.
