A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Resourcer/Administrator to join a growing branch based in Birmingham City Centre.
Salary is dependent upon experience. This is an extremely multi-faceted and diverse role which will require strong attention to detail and prioritisation of workload.Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering the telephone to prospective clients and candidates * Loading candidate registration packs onto the system and ensuring full adherence to compliance processes * Assisting other members of the team with administrative tasks * Accessing job boards to resource for candidates and telephone screening to assess suitability * Assisting with the weekly payroll * Any other duties as required Required Skills: * Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with C grade pass in Maths and English * Strong administration skills and attention to detail * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Computer literate & confident telephone manner If you have the relevant skills and experience please select APPLY
