Summary

ABOUT US
Working for Wildlife Ltd. provides face-to-face fundraising and membership recruitment services to wildlife and environmental charities at private sites and organised events. Boasting one of the most experienced management teams in the industry, and a dedicated workforce of over sixty field staff, we work venues across the country spreading information and awareness about our charity partners.

THE ROLE
Each year our fundraisers attend thousands of organised events, from village fetes to national exhibitions and staff information/promotional stands at retails outlets across the UK.
Working for Wildlife Ltd. recruits thousands of new members and supporters each month, raising millions of pounds each year. However, it’s not all about numbers – Working for Wildlife Ltd. also has one of the lowest attrition rates and one of the highest returns of investment for our clients in the industry.
Our efforts enable our charity partners to build a large community of knowledgeable and committed supporters; dramatically increasing fundraising income, optimising Gift Aid and bringing together a loyal and connected network of people who become advocates for their cause.
Working either alone, or sometimes with a colleague, our Fundraisers are trained and equipped to promote charities positively and informatively to the public. We look for enthusiastic and self-motivated people with a love of nature and who enjoy talking to the public on a daily basis.

THE CANDIDATE
We have both Full time and Part time positions as membership fundraisers for some of the country’s top charities; The Woodland Trust, WWF, Greenpeace and Plantlife International.
Ideally suited to professional fundraisers, retired people looking for a boost to their income, wildlife/environmental enthusiasts and salespeople looking for a change.
The role is self-employed, which grants flexibility for working hours and days. It is commission based with no targets or upper limit on earnings. We offer a three-month trial period with an hourly wage for people who are not used to commission, to make sure applicants are earning a wage while getting to grips with this method of earning.

In order to transport equipment to the venues, you must have access to a vehicle for days you want to work.
