Hours: Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm

The Ideal Candidate:
Must have great attention to detail and forensic investigatory skills
Must have the passion about getting the right outcome with high quality and accuracy standards
Must have the resilience and adaptability and can thrive under pressure in a target driven environment

Must have great, general IT skills and the ability to navigate around several packages and to learn new systems
As a Case Handler, you will manage your own case load, ensuring a thorough investigation into every case to help you achieve fair outcomes for customers. We will be there to train and motivate you to keep developing, and you can be sure your achievements will be recognised and rewarded.
