Digital Services Programme Team Support Officer

AFC Band 5

Full time: 37.5 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen within the Digital Services department for a Programme Support Officer to join the Digital Services Programme Team.

As part of the Digital Services Programme team you will be supporting the delivery of the Digital Transformation Strategy, working closely with project managers and technical leads to coordinate delivery requirements and quality benefits across the service. You will work as part of a team to drive the successful implementation of technical, business and clinical systems related projects. You will be highly organised and methodical in your approach and have excellent planning skills. The role works in a dynamic environment and no two days will be the same.

Key relationships will be with the operational and clinical leads to assist with efficiency initiatives, and the Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group to ensure Trust delivered projects meet with any CQUIN requirements.

This requires a pro-active and flexible approach to project support and programme deliverables.

Previous experience of working with Prince2 methodologies will be an advantage.

The post will be based at the Hillingdon Hospital with occasional travel to Mount Vernon Hospital as and when required.
