Female Care Assistant required

ICCM is a national specialist provider of complex care for adults and children with profound disabilities who choose to live in their own homes.
We currently require dedicated, flexible female care assistants to support a lady who has a brain injury. Successful candidates will support the lady with all of her day-to-day care needs, as well as domestic duties and personal interests. Our client is very socially active, so her team must be able to support him with this.
Hours: full time, permanent*
Week 1: Wednesday, 8am to 8pm
Sunday, 8am to 8pm
Week 2: Thursday 8am to 8pm
Saturday, 8am to 8pm
Week 3: Monday, 8am to 8pm
Sunday, 8pm to 8am (sleep night from 11pm)
Week 4: Tuesday, 8pm to 8am (sleep night from 11pm)
Friday, 8pm to 8am (sleep night from 11pm)
Applicants must be flexible to work additional/alternative shifts
Experience is preferred but not essential as we offer full training and support to include a 3-day paid Induction Course. All we ask is that you are a good team player, able to work all required shifts, that you are motivated to provide an outstanding standard of care and that you possess excellent communication skills.
