We are looking for a compassionate, hardworking and motivated district nurse to join our Integrated Community Adult Teams across Mid Notts covering Bassetlaw locality.
You will be an excellent communicator, have the ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a team with an integrated approach to care. You will have well-developed clinical skills and be able to lead within the context of a District Nurse role.
You will provide high quality clinical care, supervision of staff and case management for patients in the community and clinic setting.
You must be a specialist practitioner (District Nurse) with demonstrable nursing experience, experience of working within a community setting and evidence of continuing professional development.
You must be able to travel throughout the day in and across the locality. A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
