The Central Legal Office (CLO) is a strategic business unit of NSS and provides comprehensive legal services to Health Boards and Special NHS Authorities in Scotland covering all aspects of litigation and employment law, property transactions and commercial contracts.
Central Legal Office (CLO) is currently seeking to recruit 1 Modern Apprentice within their Business Support Department to provide Business Administrative support to CLO colleagues and business users across the office comprising up to 130 staff and based in one location over 4 floors in Anderson House, Edinburgh.
This Modern Apprenticeship will last for two years and is a fantastic opportunity to start your career, gain valuable experience whilst achieving a “Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration – SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration”.
You should be able to work well in a team, using your initiative as appropriate. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as the role involves engaging with both colleagues/managers throughout the office and external stakeholders.
Please note that inline with NHS National Services Scotland Youth Employment Strategy and funing requirments for training this post is open to all applicants under the age of 25. Other applications woudl be considered if they meet criteria for Modern Apprentiship Funding at a higher age due to a protected characteristic.
