We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to lead in the development and readiness of EMEA Commercial Sales. This means identifying gaps, developing programs, landing those programs as well as executing against our Training and Field Enablement strategic priorities. This role will be responsible for managing the various initiatives that the team will build and deploy to the field, collaborating with stakeholders cross functionally. Programs will focus on improving productivity of our sales team from the initial onboarding through to continuous “always-boarding” across our portfolio of offerings, solutions and coaching framework. The Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the field sales organization is adopting the programs seamless and is clear on priorities and expectations. This role will be responsible for planning and communicating enablement activities in a structured and clear way, for example new releases of content for EMEA monthly ongoing enablement series or Global programs. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of Global program management experience and communications management to funnel and control new content and programs to the field resources in EMEA. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills, ability to work cross functionally and prior experience with Sales Enablement.

This position will work with the several stakeholders supporting the extended AWS sales organization, such as EMEA Enablement Leads and Managers, as well as EMEA Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Solution Architects and the Partner team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other culture and geographies. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and get things done.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manage the program release of new EMEA enablement programs
· Create the communications to the field for EMEA Ongoing Enablement Series and New Program Launches to the relevant audience.
· Prioritize enablement activities appropriately during communications to the field.

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Extensive experience in Program Management and/or Communications management experience with increasing influence and responsibility.
Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measureable metrics and then execute those plans.
Experience in managing Sales competency models and Learning paths for sales roles.
Proven excellent program and communications management skills.
Proven ability to earn trust at all levels in organizations.
Experience with Cloud Technology.
Bachelor’s degree.
Hands-on sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
