Your Healthcare is located in the South West of London within the Royal Borough of Kingston. Working as a Community Interest Company (CIC), our status allows us to invest any surplus or profit back into front line services, where it is needed most by you, our community.

We are looking for an innovative and highly motivated Community Nursery Nurse to join our integrated team of Health Visitors, Community Staff Nurses, Nursery Nurses, School Nurses, and Speech and Language Therapists. You will be working as part of a well established multi-disciplinary team, and have the ability to meet the demands of the rapidly changing primary care scene. We provide a universal service to all families and children within the 0 – 19 age group, targeted in response to the identified needs of the population and are committed to taking forward the local Children and Young People’s Plan.

It is essential that you are:

  • Qualified Nursery Nurse
  • IT skilled
  • Can demonstrate and understanding of current issues affecting community health services.
