We are recruiting for a Junior Trainee Manufacturing Engineer to join a successful aerospace manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on military and commercial aircraft components while developing your skills within a supportive engineering team.
Key Responsibilities as a Junior Trainee Manufacturing Engineer
Create manufacturing plans from customer drawings and specifications
Produce bills of materials, routings, and job packs
Support production with technical information
Liaise with customers and internal teams
Use MRP/ERP systems to manage jobs and materials
Assist with continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For in a Junior Trainee Manufacturing Engineer
Engineering degree preferred, but not essential
Manufacturing or engineering experience beneficial
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in aerospace and manufacturing
CAD or MRP/ERP experience advantageous
