About the service

At Mosspark, you’ll find a small but dedicated team supporting two individuals who are primarily deafblind with complex and diverse needs. Some may not communicate verbally, so we focus on value-based communication, tailoring our support to meet each person’s unique way of connecting with the world.

Who do we support?

At our Mosspark service, we support two vibrant females, aged between 39 and 50, who live in a shared house in the Pollok area of Glasgow. They have various health conditions, including epilepsy, deaf-blindness, and mobility issues.
You will work on a 1:1 basis assisting them with day-to-day living, assisting them and encouraging them to live happy meaningful lives and achieve their personal goals/ambitions both at home and in the wider community.

What's the shift pattern

Our Mosspark Service provides round-the-clock support every day of the year.
As a Female Support Worker*, you will work 35 hours over 7 days of the week therefore weekend work is required.

Shifts include a mix of early shifts (07:30 – 14:30) and late shifts (14:30 – 21:30)
