Summary
Manage and develop relationships with clients for IT products and services
Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
Gather and analyse client business requirements
Recommend suitable technology solutions based on client needs
Coordinate with technical teams to deliver IT projects (software, infrastructure, cloud, digital services)
Monitor service performance and ensure quality delivery
Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication
Prepare proposals, reports, and documentation
Oversee successful implementation of IT solutions
Provide strategic advice on technology improvements
Support project planning and execution
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
